I haven't looked at your program. As long as the other cases are
fine, don't worry about ecoli10000.txt. Your machine might just not
have enough memory to run it.

<BODY>Hi I was testing my program and ran into a problem testing the ecoli10000.txt; no matter how large i make my memory allocation...it doesn't give a result with my EditDistance or the EditDistanceTimer. It tells me that I am out of memory or it just does not say anything . I think you may have gone over this in class but I am wondering if its my program itself, and if i need to worry about it.</BODY>
