Good: your suggestion of broadcasting Shazia's to others is good!
We should constantly identify these "good" messages and flip them around. So it really becomes more of a "forum" as opposed to us always telling people stuff.
While Sharzia's is a good example of organizing student activities over the phone, I think Sharda's is a good example of hand-holding less savvy teachers to do stuff---I will edit the Sharda message a bit before making it public. More on this later.
Right now, a teacher gets spamm'ed by us a maximum of three times per week. The diligent ones will pick all of them (and might call in a couple more times on their own dime). So if we identify at least two best peer messages per week, together with the current week's broadcast message, we ensure that a callee will hear a new message for each time she is spammed. (Two toppers is minimum, more of course is better.)
I think putting the peer-messages out also has a motivational factor: the caller teachers know their efforts are being heard by lots people (and Khomeini) and it puts them up on a "pedestal" that they need to keep up with in the longer run :)
A couple small how-to notes:
(1) To forward this message to Khomeini, you need to both turn the message type into "personalized" and mark it as "active." Marking the "intended audience" box alone isn't enough. I'm making this just a little harder to make sure that the forwarding is really intended (as opposed to a little data entry accident).
(2) To make this "peer-sharable," you need to check the box called "shared with peers." Adding the keyword "sharable" is merely a note for myself so I know which ones are CANDIDATES for sharing---it doesn't trigger anything to the call system. The checkbox is the thing.

Description: Hello this is Prabha Singh from Prathmic Vidyalay, Madantoosi. We get all the new students in class 1st, We try and teach them with the help of stories, poems and activities. Most of them are new so we teach all of them together. Students who go back home and study usually share everything that they have learnt back home with all the students in class. We make groups in class to teach.
Sharda [its her number] : done?
Prabha Singh : Yes i told them that we teach students with the help of stories, poems and activities.
Sharda : What else did you say?
Prabha : Nothing else
Male voice : You did cut the phone, Right? Keep shut its still recording.

Description: Greetings Ma'am,
Mohit verma : All animals and insects have their own unique way about them, like snake can crawl even when it do'nt have legs. same is t.he case with lizard walking on the wall. Other insects that can walk on the wall would be spider, it walks on the wall with help of its web. Ants don't really have any weight, ants can easily accommodate their weight on the wall.
Ritu Gautam: Lizard creats a vaccume between their feet and wall, that is how it manages to walk on the wall. ants spider cockroach can walk on the wall because its very light.
Call insights : Call was very neatly conducted by Shazia. I am sure other peers would love to hear this message.
