I really liked Bijendra's test result report---it's obviously NOT fudged!! :)
I'll record a personal message to thank him for the test report! :)
(It would have been cool if we had a working SMS system integrated and send such small acks in Hindi SMS.)

Description: Hello this is Renu from Vidyasthali, Kannar. To get new students to the same level as old ones it is important for a teacher to inspire and motivate students. Teacher should give students a desire to learn. A simple way to encourage students could be to acknowledge all the correct answers of a students in class, If a student gives a partially correct answer, we should encourage the student for his correct answer. If a Student has learnt something, we should ask them to learn spellings. Once the student is done with the spellings we should encourage them to write everything down.
At times their are many small thing that student is not able to understand for example students are not able to read the word ' together ', ' difference '. they get confused between ' who is ' and ' who's '. They need to understand that when a question says ' who's ' then they have to give name and not a measure or an .
This is how we should encourage students.

Description: Hello Sir I heard your message, Everything that has being shared are the common methods used by teachers in rural areas. Children joining from rural background are not upto the mark with the rest of the class in almost all the subjects. Like I said earlier in my last message, that I teach them with help of games, songs, cartoon and drawings. For example most of the kids knew that A is for Apple, But some of them had no clue what an apple is. Real learning happens with real image of everything that they are learning. It was when we used chart paper and they got to see an image of the apple that the were able to relate to it.

Description: Hello this is Praveen Shukla from Educational Academy, Like in the last message maam told us that they split class in smaller groups. We have done that in our school our self. We wanted all the students to intract with each other, we gave them full liberty to do that. The idea behind this was to get new students acquainted to our school's environment. We did small games with students, and apart from this we would also take after school extra classes for the new students.
