[comments:]

I have added the following new messages (all just from today!) to the current peer-shared set.

(1) Kanta's

Let's try to seriously address Kanta's message. (I for one, would propose that we might need to teach a different "curriculum" there, and if so, let's have a discussion on what to teach differently.)

(2) some small op details for Anand:

(a) I see you're recording spoken names of teachers for the "good" messages. But also make sure that their organizations also have spoken names. Check this URL to make sure all the required voice files are there:

(b) I see you're forwarding certain incoming messages to Khomeini. You forgot to change the message type to "personalized." They won't be delivered unless they are so marked.

Description: I make my students sit in 5 rows, Every row has a monitor. It is monitor's responsibility to explain subjects to his fellow students. This excercise has been helpful for us, Monitor would help his fellow students and when ever S/He faces a problem, teacher would help them.

Description: I feel that older student and the younger ones should have exchange between them, We should make them sit together. Students coming from class 2 from a government school are not able to recognize simple alphabets and numbers. There is a huge gap between government school student and a private school student.A class 2nd government school student should sits with class 1st private school students , I feel that when a class 1st student will do things right in front of a class 2nd student, Class 2 student will learn out of frustration.

Description: One of the main problem that we face is that when a girl completes her schooling, she would get married.
She goes off to her in laws. Then we get new batch of students and we work with them and again the story repeats it self.
If a guest arrives at any of the girl's home, parent would call the girl from scholl to take care of house hold work. They would call girl back from school for small things like making tea for guests. We try to explain these things to the parents but they never understand.
