I see the Ayatollah just recorded a reply to Siyaram.  I just set it as a personalized reply to Siyaram so he should get it the first time he gets called next.

(I also made it "peer-shared," so others may hear it as one of the randomly selected peer messages.)

Note that the fact it's set as a personalized message for now (or peer-shared) does not prevent it from being changed into something else later.

Although if you want to turn it into a broadcast later, you should probably at least pre-pend it at least with Siyaram's message.  That'll make it a new message.
